The Putney School Admissions Materials
Stoltze Design was recently engaged to design a new set of admissions materials for The Putney School, a progressive secondary school in Vermont.
One of the objectives was to find an interesting way to package three distinct components: a viewbook, student profiles and a course catalog.
Our solution was to design the three pieces in varied dimensions, sharing some common elements (fonts, color palette, etc.), bound together in such a way that any of the three could become the front of the set. A simple headline was developed: “here students do” that worked as an overarching message as well as a list of what you would find in each of the three components.
